I was logged into my Debian Etch box by SSH this morning and looked at the “htop” command. I would like to know if Microsoft can get Windows to operate around these resource levels.
This is a base install with nothing running right now. This is pretty radical with how little resources are being used.
This after I installed all of the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL-Server 5, PHP5) components, updated the kernel and rebooted, this is the htop report I received on the next login.
